① スノーハイク体験｜Snow Hike Experience

• A privately guided snow hike through selected areas of the Nobori vineyard
• Led by a professional guide with deep local knowledge
• A quiet, immersive walk through winter vineyards, offering insight into Yoichi’s terroir and winemaking philosophy

In the event of severe weather, the snow hike will be replaced with an exclusive winery experience (see below).

荒天時の対応｜Alternative Program in Case of Severe Weather

In the event of severe weather, the snow hike will be replaced with a private cellar visit and guided tasting at Domaine Takahiko.
This alternative program offers rare behind-the-scenes access and a deeper appreciation of the winery’s craftsmanship, ensuring an exceptional experience regardless of conditions.

In the vineyard and the cellar, Takahiko Soga’s philosophy is defined by discipline and restraint—a refusal to impose style, a commitment to let place speak without interference.
Walking the vineyard in winter makes those decisions visible; speaking directly with the vigneron makes them intelligible.
Once this discipline is understood, the wine no longer needs to impress—it only needs to be read.
JPY 90,000 is not the price of rarity or luxury, but the value of seeing how restraint becomes flavor, and how judgment becomes identity.
